Using it is as simple as adding a few drops of Ionic Iodine Liquid Concentrate to a glass of water.

It provides 300 mcg iodine per 2 drops (200% Recommended intake) or 150 mcg iodine per 1 drop (100% Recommended intake).

De-ionised water, Potassium iodide

DIRECTIONS:

Shake well before use.

Adults: 2 drops daily.

Children aged 4+: 1 drop daily.

Add the recommended drops to a glass (250ml) of water or juice.
