KIKI Health's Lecithin Powder is derived 100% from soybeans that have NOT been genetically engineered or modified. You'll find lecithin in small amounts in nuts and seeds, but the richest source of lecithin is soybeans.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100% Soybeans

DIRECTIONS:

  • Adult and children over 8 years: Take 1 heaped teaspoon 2-4 times a day with meals.

  • Add to any drink or smoothie, or sprinkle and mix with food for an extra creamy flavour.

  • If using as a thickening agent, allow 10 minutes for full thickness to take effect.
