KIKI Health's Organic Lion's Mane Mushroom Powder is grown on a wood-rich substrate, which is the natural habitat for the mushroom. This is a high-potency extract with a 8:1 - 10:1 ratio. Extracted from 100% fruiting bodies, these mushrooms boast full-spectrum benefits and are standardised to 30% beta-glucan-rich polysaccharides. It contains no mycelium, grain or starch. Mixes easily in hot or cold beverages or food. 

INGREDIENTS:

100% Organic Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus) Mushroom Extract from fruiting bodies

DIRECTIONS:

Add around ½ tsp or 1g to smoothies, hot drinks, porridge, cereals, sprinkle over food or just add to hot water.
